U.S. Shipping Options & Fees
For your convenience, Thomas Dean Co offers three shipping options: Standard, UPS 2nd day, and UPS overnight.
- Standard ground ($8): Items typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days after receipt of your order.
- 3rd Day Business ($15)*
- 2nd Day Business ($21)*
Orders must be placed before 11:30AM Pacific Standard Time to qualify for 3rd or 2nd day express shipping. All express shipping orders placed after 11:30AM PST will leave our distribution center the following day.
NOTE: Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses may also require one or more additional business days to deliver.

Canadian Shipping Options & Fees
Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Canada. If you have purhcased an item prior to this change in policy, please note we do not offer free returns or exchanges on orders shipped to Canada, unless the merchandise is defective. The standard ground shipping charge of $20 USD will be charged for both returns and/or exchanges. Please contact us at info@thomasdeanco.com if you would like assitance in locating retailer near you.
International Options & Fees
Unfortunately, we only ship orders to the United States and U.S. territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FOP addresses or other international addresses. When shipping to an address outside the United States, Thomas Dean & Co is not responsible for broker fees, GST or duty fees.

For each additional destination in the same order, an additional $8 will be charged.
